Vehicle brands we tune, A–Z
Vehicles are global — so are our files. We write ECU and TCU calibrations for vehicles sold in every market: European, American, Asian and the newer Chinese brands. Cars and vans as standard; trucks, agricultural machinery and marine engines on request. Delivered online, with engineer support from our technical team in Spain (CET business hours).
Which brands can Repromatronic supply tuning files for?
We supply ECU and TCU files for virtually every brand with a readable control unit — the A–Z below lists the makes workshops request most. Read the engine control unit with your master tool, upload the original through our online file service, and an engineer returns the modified calibration — typically the same day. The six highlighted brands link to dedicated guides.

Don't see your brand? If there is a readable ECU, ask us. Send the vehicle and ECU reference through the contact form and an engineer will confirm coverage — usually the same business day (CET).
Brand-specific tuning guides
Six platforms generate most of the questions we get from workshops, so each has its own guide: engines, gearboxes and the tuning services that suit them.
Audi
EA888 TFSI and EA288/EA897 TDI platforms, Stage 1 and 2, S tronic TCU pairing.
Audi tuning guideCupra
The performance side of the VW Group — shared architecture, sharper targets.
Cupra tuning guideMercedes-Benz
Petrol and diesel calibrations across the passenger and van ranges.
Mercedes-Benz tuning guideTesla
A different discipline: electric platforms, treated with their own methods.
Tesla tuning guideVolkswagen
The volume platform of European chiptuning, from Polo to Transporter.
Volkswagen tuning guideEstablished brands vs newer Chinese brands: what changes?
The engineering method is identical; what differs is ECU coverage and how much history exists for each map structure. European, American, Japanese and Korean brands have two decades of documented calibrations behind them. BYD, Omoda, Great Wall, JAC or Lynk & Co are newer to the tuning world, so coverage is added tool by tool — and we verify each case before you commit.
| Aspect | Established brands | Newer Chinese brands |
|---|---|---|
| ECU coverage | Mature — most units read via OBD or bench with mainstream master tools | Growing — bench or boot mode is more common; coverage varies by tool version |
| Map knowledge | Well-documented structures, long field experience | Newer structures, verified case by case by our engineers |
| Typical requests | Stage 1 and 2, gearbox files, off-road solutions | Speed-limiter changes, pedal response, first Stage 1 calibrations |
| Our recommendation | Read and upload — same-day turnaround is the norm | Ask before reading — we confirm coverage for your exact ECU first |
Cover more brands without buying more tools
One panel, one engineering team behind it. Upload reads from any supported master tool and quote jobs you used to turn away. Volume workshops can also become a dealer.
Brand coverage FAQ
Do you tune trucks, agricultural and marine vehicles?
Yes. Alongside cars and vans we supply files for trucks from DAF, MAN, Scania and Iveco, for agricultural machinery from John Deere, Case IH, Fendt and New Holland, and for marine engines on request. Truck and agricultural ECUs are usually read on the bench or with dedicated tools such as Autovei Truck Explorer — send us the read and we will confirm coverage.
My brand is not on the list. Can you still supply a file?
Usually, yes. The list covers the most requested brands, not the limit of our coverage. If the ECU or TCU can be read — via OBD or on the bench with a master tool such as KESS3, Flex, Autotuner or bFlash — upload the original file through the workshop panel and an engineer will tell you what is possible, typically the same day.
Do you tune both petrol and diesel engines?
Yes, and hybrids too. Diesel calibrations concentrate on torque delivery, injection and boost; turbo petrol calibrations on boost, ignition and fueling. Every file is modified by a human engineer and reviewed before delivery — nothing is auto-generated.
