What data does this website collect on its own?
None — this is a static website that stores no personal data and sets no tracking cookies of its own. The only thing it writes to your browser is a single localStorage entry that caches the public catalog prices for one hour so product pages load faster. That entry is purely technical, contains no personal data and never identifies you. There are no analytics profiles, no advertising pixels and no accounts on this site.
What happens when you contact us?
Your message travels from your own email app or WhatsApp — this website does not transmit or store the contents of the contact form itself. When you use the form on the contact page, it opens your email application (or WhatsApp) with the message prefilled; we receive only what you choose to send. From that point on, we process the contact data you send us — typically your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your inquiry — to answer you and to prepare quotes, for example for a file service order or course enrollment.

About WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) and has its own privacy policy, which applies to any message you send through the app.
Who receives your data, and for how long?
Nobody beyond the service providers needed to operate our email and messaging. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes, and we run no advertising on it. We keep your contact data for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and any commercial relationship that follows from it.
What are your rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection at any time. Write to info@repromatronic.es stating which right you wish to exercise, and include enough information for us to identify you and your inquiry.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
