Workshop networks and franchises
Today each workshop sends its files on its own, at its own prices, and head office sees none of it. With the platform, your workshops log in to your portal under your brand, you set the catalogue and the prices, and you invoice them from your own platform.
File-service masters
You manage your slave clients over e-mail, WhatsApp and spreadsheets, and building your own portal would take months. Here you license the technology ready-made: file queue, credits, invoices and support, under your name and on your subdomain or domain.
Distributors and groups
If your branches would rather work directly with Repromatronic, a parent account shows the orders, credits and activity of all of them in one place. It is not a platform under your brand, but it gives the group visibility with nothing to set up.

Your workshop's file enters our engineers' queue. We charge you a wholesale credit rate; you set your own prices to your workshops and invoice them from your own platform, with your tax details.

Minimum 1 workshop. The quantity adjusts automatically every month to your active workshops.
Prices exclude VAT. Taxes are calculated at checkout according to your country and VAT number. Hosting included. Unlimited users.

Terms in one line: billed monthly by card; on non-payment, reminder at day 3, read-only at day 7, suspension at day 15, cancellation at day 30.

A backup is taken every day and stored off-site in the EU. Hosting is included in the licence.

No. Not on screens, not in e-mails, not in PDFs, not in links. Your workshops see your brand, your domain and your legal texts. Repromatronic only appears on this website, because we are the company licensing the platform to you.
Yes. When you sign up you pick a subdomain, and if you want your own domain we set it up on request.
You do. You set your prices, volume discounts and credit lines, and the platform issues invoices with your tax details. Payments go into your own Stripe or PayPal accounts, with no intermediation.
Yes. For each service you decide whether it is served by Repromatronic's engineers, at a wholesale credit rate, or by your own engineers with your own files and queue. You can combine both.
You get a reminder at day 3. At day 7 the platform switches to read-only: you can look, but not work. At day 15 it is suspended and at day 30 it is cancelled.
No. The licence is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want.
As many as you need, with no limit and with different roles. What is counted each month is the number of active workshops, at €49 each, minimum one.
Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and Catalan.
Yes, on request. Send us your client data and we load it into your platform so you start with your full client base.
Your own accounts and API keys. AI, WhatsApp, SMS, voice and e-mail are configured in your panel and usage is paid directly to those providers, not to us.
Prices are in euros and the card is charged in euros. If your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount at its own rate.
